Our Story

The founder of Debs Gastronomy, Debleena Choudhury aka Deb grew up in a family where food tales took over bedtime stories. Her roots belonging to the city of Hilsa, monda, Mishti Doi, curries and fishes bestowed upon by her grandparents made her extremely passionate about food. She saw food as an art and always had a vision of exploring food more in the same perspective. Deb’s Gastronomy hence speaks about food tales, recipes, tips, and much more than a regular food blog.

Debleena Choudhury

An MBA and Financial Planner by profession Debleena Choudhury AKA Deb started her career with a reputed Financial company. However she found solace only when she came home back from work every night inside her kitchen. For her cooking was the only way you can make love visible. She started investing into camera and kitchen equipments as that was the only food for her soul. Deb being extremely passionate about food and had a knack of photography found her niche in Debs Gastronomy.In Debs Gastronomy she could share the art of choosing, cooking and eating good food.
